Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murad Tiryakioğlu, faculty member at the Department of Economics at Afyon Kocatepe University, has been awarded a certificate of appreciation for his contributions to the “Water-Friendly Faculty” project, carried out in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal on “clean water and sanitation.”
The project included the installation of seven water purification devices, along with a two-year supply of maintenance and consumable materials, made possible through the support of organizations such as Özgörkey Group and İnci Group. Dr. Tiryakioğlu, as the founder of the Yerli Yeşil Yeni Social Development Cooperative and a member of our department, played a leading role in the implementation of the project at the university level.
