Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) celebrated its 50th anniversary with a Career Talk featuring alumnus and business professional Tahir Denizli. The event took place at the Sabri Bektöre Conference Hall, attended by Acting Dean of FEAS Prof. Dr. Gökhan Demirtaş, faculty members, and students.
The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Özgür Aydoğuş, a Research Assistant in the Economics Department, who noted that various activities are being organized to mark the 50th anniversary of the faculty.
Business professional Tahir Denizli emphasized that the greatest thing one can achieve in life is awareness. He mentioned that after graduation, students will face a competitive environment in the outside world. During his speech, Denizli shared his professional experiences, discussed the key moments of change and transformation in his career, and offered advice to the students.
